We deliver worldwide. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days in Denmark and within 5-7 working days to all other countries. We pack and ship orders on tuesdays and fridays.

Fabelab is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Delivery and Shipping in Denmark
You can choose between 2 options.

1. Delivery with Post Denmark Depending on the size of your order, we will send your order as "letter" with stamp to your address or as a parcel with tracking number. Delivery costs are according to the size and weight of your order. Unfortunately we can not offer free shipping for returned deliveries which have not been picked up. In this case, please transfer the postage amount to our bank account before we resend your order.

2. Pick up: 
You have the option to pick up your ordered items at our office at Nansensgade 73, 1633 København K. Please contact us at info@fabelab.dk to make an appointment. For larger shipments abroad, additional freight may occur.

We offer a 14 day return from the day you receive your goods, if the goods are in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. Once we have accepted reception, you can either choose to exchange the item or get your money reimbursed to your account. Unfortunately we can not offer free shipping for exchange of goods. You cover the cost of the return shipping.
Please keep the postal receipt documenting that you have returned the goods.
We can not compensate for goods lost during the return. You can return or exchange for other goods at our office at  Nansensgade 73, 1633 København K.

Please check your items as soon as you receive them. If you have received a faulty item, you must claim within 14 days after you found the error / defect. If your order is faulty, we will offer to return, change or repair the product on our costs. As a consumer, you have a 2 year warranty, which means that you either can get your product repaired, replaced or your money back depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover when errors or damages arise due to misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear.
